Xpyda IP Monitor software for monitoring non-Xpyda IP devices of a computer network
XPYDA IP MONITOR

Xpyda IP Monitor is a software-only package which extends the functionality of Xpyda by monitoring other IP equipment on your network.

Xpyda IP Monitor - Main Screen

While Xpydas IP-enable anything from video recorders and data projectors to paintings and show exhibits, Xpyda IP Monitor extends this functionality to allow you to monitor and manage any IT equipment on your existing computer network.

Providing real-world names to IP equipment

Xpyda IP Monitor allows you register all types of networked equipment you wish to monitor and lets you configure who should be notified if the item is lost, unplugged, powered down, etc. and how they should be notified.

How many items can I monitor?

Xpyda IP Monitor can provide surveillance of up to 255 different items of equipment per IP address range on your LAN.

Thereafter how many address ranges you use on your LAN depends of course on how many items you have connected to your LAN or how the LAN is administered.

Whatever the case, Xpyda IP Monitor and Xpyda Administrator, will accommodate your requirements - making them the most powerful, cost-effective IP-based monitoring solutions available today.

Xpyda IP Monitor may be used as a stand-alone product or in conjunction with Xpyda modules.

Important
Xpyda IP Monitor is primarily a networked equipment management tool and - unlike a Xpyda module - is unable to monitor removal, loss, theft or vandalism of any networked item which has been switched off!
If you need to monitor existing networked equipment regardless of whether they are on or off - you need Xpyda IP-enabling modules.

Availability
Xpyda IP Monitor is available through Xpyda approved distributors as an upgrade for Xpyda owners, or as a stand-alone software package.

Licence costs depend on the size of the network (number of devices) being monitored.
