Xpyda IP-Enabling Modules

• Electronic loss and tamper protection

• Virtually no limit to the number of modules per network - or the number of items protected
• Protect and monitor networked equipment & "standalone" items (data projectors, TFT monitors, etc.)
• Fully IP network compatible; wholly configurable tamper and removal alerts
• Transparent operation – no effect on normal network traffic
• Suitable for active monitoring of IT equipment, retail goods, even art exhibits
• Built-in data encryption & CRC error correction

THE XPYDA NETWORK

Xpydas are basically electronic devices which accept a range of alarm inputs and types, and use computer networks to communicate those alarms to wherever the alarms need to go.

THE XPYDA SERVICE

Xpydas communicate with - and are themselves monitored by - monitoring software called the Xpyda Service, which is designed to run on the network server and manage the complete Xpyda network.

If a Xpyda is unable to communicate with the network, the Xpyda Service issues alerts accordingly in the same way as alerts are issued if any item a Xpyda is protecting is interfered with.

XPYDA SOFTWARE

In addition to the Xpyda Service core application, a number of other software components are available in order to run your Xpyda Network efficiently. Click here for more information.
